TDEE method - track total calories?
Hi I’ve decided to set my calorie goal manually to 1450 per day which is round about 500 calories below my TDEE. I’m 5’1 and 159 lbs and run 4-5 times a week, walk the other two. I like to have higher calories on a sat night then average it out across the week. Is it correct that I only then count the weekly total calorie…

Total or net calories?
Hi my calorie target is 1220 - I’m 5’2 and weigh 163lbs with a sedentary job but run 3-4 times a week. My total calories this week averaged 1550 and my net calories 1176 so is this on the right track? I take it it’s net calories that I should be tracking at 1220?

Total calories or net calories?
Sorry I’m sure this has been asked a million times! My calorie goal is 1220. Last week my total average calories per day were 1550 and my net calorie average was 1176. Am I doing this right? I’m assuming I’m trying to hit the net calorie goal? Am running 3-4 times a week, 5’2 and 163lbs
