Reboot.
After gaining back a few pounds, and a bit off track, it’s time to start again! Need to lose 50 more pounds. Maybe a few more than 50. Have rejoined the gym. Trying to decide whether I should hire a trainer again or not.

Halfway in and losing steam.
Have lost 55 lbs. Am 54 from first big goal. Have stagnated since Christmas really. Haven't gained, but have been slacking. Any words of motivation? Tried to post a face pic, but am tech challenged. Winter is hard for me.

Losing my motivation, don't know why. Help!
I've been tracking and losing for 3 months. Have lost 31 pounds, but have a long way to go. I don't know what's going on, but I've hit a couple of plateaus and I feel like my enthusiasm is waning. I need to add exercise into the mix, but haven't yet. Any words of advice? I need the burn back!

Getting discouraged...
I know this is ridiculous, but I get discouraged if I don't lose every day. I'm ahead of the game. Been tracking since July 13th and am down a little over 11 pounds. I am working with a nutritionist, and for me weighing daily works. I have a lot to lose( 89 lbs to reach first goal) and wish I could get over the roller…
