I've lost 55 pounds, by tracking and controlling my calories. I'm not worried about fat, but avoid sugar. I count the calories, and that's how I've lost it. It's a great secret, because it's true.

I'm 51. Have lost 51 lbs since July 13th. Want to lose another 75. Am happy and progressing, but go up and down with worries about my "after" body and face. I'm moving forward and making all of the goals I set for myself, just want to look and feel great too! Is that too much to ask?

Track everything you eat. Weigh every morning.

Count calories and stick to it. IT'S that simple. TRACK everything you eat. Aim for nutritious eating. YOU will lose the weight. Be patient and commit to tracking.

Every morning as soon as I wake up. Why? Because my nutritionist told me to. I didn't want to, and it was a struggle for me at first, but as time goes by I realize what an awesome tool it is to keep me on track every single day.
