Bread and tv are two things I find impossible to give up. I need to find a way I can make them healthy. What is your weakness? Any ideas to help others?
I think it is hard to keep temptation at bay. Pinterest and Television seem to smack me in the face when I feel like emotional eating. What triggers your emotional eating... What did you do to help the pain...and keep on track?
I have begun a diet that is mostly veggies. I am in the bathroom all the time. Is that normal? Next question.....if that is normal, when does it start to ease up and become routine again? I do not want to stop my progress.
