With heat in the 90's it is not too safe to overdo it. Water Water Water is so important. Keep to fresh veggies you can eat more without calories adding up. I also freeze my fruits so I have "ice cream" on those hot days.

I am raiding my garden for new ideas to eat. It is so tasty and I forget how much I love veggies. The great thing about veggies is they have almost no calories. I am putting oyster sauce on everything.... even when grilling veggies. It is my fun food.

I did the Adkins diet when it first emerged. I lost a lot of weight fast, but gained it and lots more even faster when I slid off my diet. My goal is to eat veggies and add water to each day.
