I have begun a diet that is mostly veggies. I am in the bathroom all the time. Is that normal?
Next question.....if that is normal, when does it start to ease up and become routine again? I do not want to stop my progress.

How much fiber are you eating? Also, progress is made through a calorie deficit. Don't forget that protein is crucial and fats are required.

But if you are eating a ton of veggies, yea, that would be normal.

Your gut bacteria changes based on your diet. If you drastically change your diet you may experience "issues" until the bacteria adjusts.

Well what I was eating before was not good... so better to suffer for awhile... it will be worth it.
