I have begun a diet that is mostly veggies. I am in the bathroom all the time. Is that normal?
Next question.....if that is normal, when does it start to ease up and become routine again? I do not want to stop my progress.

How much fiber are you eating? Also, progress is made through a calorie deficit. Don't forget that protein is crucial and fats are required.
But if you are eating a ton of veggies, yea, that would be normal.1 -
Your gut bacteria changes based on your diet. If you drastically change your diet you may experience "issues" until the bacteria adjusts.1

Well what I was eating before was not good... so better to suffer for awhile... it will be worth it.0
