Hi all. I've been weight lifting for a week now and I LOVE it. Thing is, after my workout I'm not hungry at all. The thought of food makes me feel sick. So I only drink water. Thoughts on Diet Coke, Lucozade Zero etc
I've started drinking Lucozade Zero and I ABSOLUTELY love it. I love the caffeine hit it gives me and the energy boost. Is it a wolf dressed in sheep's clothing? What are your thoughts on these "Zero Calorie" drinks?

What excersises are best in the morning?
So I've been thinking about doing some excersises in the morning (on the days I'm not working) and just wondering what are best. I'm thinking yoga? Or do I go straight in for some hardcore cardio? Any suggestions and any benefits such as boost metabolism for the rest of the day. Thanks
