Anyone with a Fitbit charge hr2? Need help configuring
Hi I had a charge hr and roughly 6000 steps would put my exercise on MFP as an extra 300 cals ish but now I have a charge hr2 the same number of steps is giving me an extra 600-700 cals a day, is there a way to lower this number as with more cals ‘exercised’ MFP is giving me more grams of carbs, protein, fat etc I’m…

Does it matter what you eat?
Does it really matter what's you eat when trying to lose weight as long as you eat less than you burn? For example I'm 6ft5, 283lbs and male, I eat roughly 2700 calls a day but burn off anywhere between 3600-4000 depending on what I do that day. Salt, Sodium, whatever you want to call it
My weight isn't going down as much I as I expected (1.5 to 2lb per week), is this due to salt retention? I drink a lot of water to try and flush it out but I stick within the 2300mg of sodium allowed per day, I eat 1800mg a day on average.
