As the title says, I have hit a 1.5 month plateau after losing 25 lbs. I began (minimal) weight training so yes, naturally I will gain muscle mass. My weight has stayed the same this week despite exercising and eating healthy and I think it might have something to do with that time of the month. Do any of you experience this during that time? And if so, does the weight lost from this week eventually come off?

Advice on my daily food & exercise intake
So I have gotten a lot of people on mfp telling me (rudely) how I am "starving myself" eating 1300 calories the past 4 weeks. Discouraged after cheat day
So it's been about 25 days and I've lost 16 lbs. I had cheat day on saturday and gained a whole 3 lbs (i had some pizza and icecream). Is this just water weight?
