I plan my cheat meals . i find it motivates me to get through the rest of the week if it is a particularily hard week. A typical cheat meal consists of a dinner (wings / pizza) with icecream for desert. I know if i was just to have treats incorporated any day i would binge; so to each their own..:) Cheat day is usually…

Congratulations on your loss. I am also a recovering bulimic (have had it for the past 8 years) and although I have lost weight while purging, I gained it back after I sought help from a loved one. The purging stopped but the bingeing didnt...I gained 70lbs. The best you can do is focus on your psychological issues as…

16 lbs. 90 lbs to lose (74 to go!) I eat 1200-1500 calories dependent upon if i exercise. Exercise consists of resistance &cardio (level 18 on elliptical, stair machine, weights) and high protein ratio!!

10 lbs in 2.5 weeks. Probably mostly water retention. (i have 90 lbs to lose)

Is there a reason you binge? As someone who had bulimia for 8 years I understand the feeling of "uncontrollable" bingeing. But if you find out WHY you binge (stressed, depressed, boredom) you can tackle it before it becomes uncontrollable.

Is there a reason you binge? Depression? Anxiety? Family or relationship issues? As someone who has always been overweight, as soon as I resolved these external & emotional issues I could lose the weight. Good luck ❤

The realisation that when you lose weight you don't magically have $$ to buy new bras / other clothes. Yay for baggy clothes !!(until I reach my goal)

Yep. Ive had some pretty "terrifying" dreams where I ate a handful of doritos for breakfast and blew my carb intake for the day. Wake up with a sigh of relief

Try weighing daily. Sometimes your weight spikes at random times (especially for us women). I started weighing daily and tracking my daily weightloss trend. Some days it says i lost 16 some days its 14.. I imagine the same type of thing might be happening to you. As well... Your body holds on to water weight and fat…

Can you give a sample of your daily intake & what kind of exercise you do on a daily basis?
-
I do make sure to meet my daily protein goal every day with the knowledge my calorie intake is pretty low.

1465 calories .

No. My old post was about water retention after cheat day. This isn't an argument... It's me clearing up how I am "starving myself" as people were saying that on the other post even though it wasn't the topic.
-
Okay so for all of you saying I am starving myself .. Can you please tell me what I am lacking? This is my average food diary Breakfast: 2 eggs, english muffin, orange or apple Lunch: protein shake (almond milk, whey protein, strawberries, spinach, banana) with a side of veggies or fish Dinner: 1/2 cup of quinoa, chicken…

16 lbs in 25 days...Actually it is healthy considering I eat an average of 1300 calories per day of veggies, lean protein and fruits. I have 90 lbs to lose.

I have a cheat meal either saturday or sunday -like you said, it's a lifestyle change and usually I go out on one of these days. Be careful not to turn it into a cheat day where you consume 4000 calories (it's easier than it sounds). My cheat meals have included: -3 slices of pizza and a few cookies -A big bowl of icecream…

I have a cheat meal once per week. It's really nothing to worry about. Your body probably held onto water from an excess of sodium.

I weigh daily. I am one of those people who gets very discouraged by weight gain and I have found that weighing daily has opened my eyes to the natural fluctuations of my weight. It goes up and down but as long as it's going in a downward trend I am happy. I have lost 17lbs in 1 month and I love looking back on my weight…

I agree ! I look great at 170 due to having a larger frame. When I am that weight people guess I'm around 140
-
I try and keep a plant and meat based diet throughout the week. Saturday or sunday me and my boyfriend will have a desert or cheat MEAL. I don't think I have the ability to not over-do it if it was a whole DAY! Haha
-
170 is my goal weight. I have an unusually heavy and curvy frame and 170 looked super good on me a few years back (and that's with a good amount of muscle mass as well). My doctor also told me at the time I was at a healthy weight for my frame. I know 170 would be considered quite overweight on a small frame so it depends…

1. To prove to myself that I can do it 2. Avoid health issues in the future 3. To start my 20s off healthy and happy 4. To be a role model for my future children and my younger sister 5. To be the best I can be for my lover

Do you think you'll be able to keep that weight off after you reach your goal weight? Is keto a diet or something you plan on maintaining?

I generally do 45-70 minutes of cardio (relatively high intensity like the elliptical trainer level 15+) I do this 3x per week at least and healthy eating (1400 calories per day) i have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks
