Different carb goals each day?
I've set my carb goal as 20g per day - it's the default - but no days see to be 20g. In fact, the goal changes every day. Anybody know why it keeps changing?!

Shaking muscles
Lately I've found that after doing weights, my arms are trembling doing every day activities. And my arms will just spasm on their own. I use a 6kg kettle bell and lift about 3 times a week. Is spasming something to just ignore and put it down to the weights straining my muscle? Or worth seeing a doctor?

Calorie burn seems high
I've recently started using the Garmin Vivosmart HR to encourage me to use the stairs etc. I've always had iPhone steps turned on using MFP, but the calorie burn estimate seems higher than normal on the Garmin. It says I've walked 2301 steps and burned 149 calories. That seems like a lot of burn for just 2301 steps. Is…
