I was doing great last fall and had lost 24 lbs. Holidays came around and I stopped logging in and here I am months later back! Didn't gain all of my weight back so am back on track as of today. Hi. I have just joined MFP, although I was a member for a short time several years ago. I have 80-100 lbs to lose, diabetic, and have just started a plant based diet this week. Hope to get lots of motivation on here!
