Water intake?
How many ounces of water do you guys get in a day? I've heard some say 64oz and I've also heard for weightloss you need to drink like 0.5 ounce per pound you weigh. Or maybe you're following a different rule? Just curious. I alway get in at least 64oz but I've been trying to get in more.

So initially I choose not very active as my activity level. But I've started working out. At what point do I or should I change it? I changed it to lightly active to see what it would do and it added 300 calories to my daily target. Should I go ahead and leave it at lightly active and eat the extra calories or stay at not…
