Before a meal, a feeling.
Before eating a meal, I get this feeling of anticipation and stress. Especially if I workout that day. I'm finding this journal entry helpful. Writing about the feeling or emotion until dinner or the meal comes, I'm hoping I won't gorge! I'm focusing on my body movements. Jaw clenching. Feet.
