Try logging in a couple days at one time. So your only logging on once or twice the week.

I'm really enjoying melon and vegetables with my salads. The flavors stand out. I'm also a cook, being around everything, I enjoy eating fresh.
-
Maybe? I get it as well.

It's a mental game for myself. I sit down and think about it for awhile. Than I might take a walk or wait until someone asks me to go to the store for a soda.

Knowing I am doing nothing productive in the first place. So, why not? Secondly, imagining how strong I will be after the workout/healthy meal when I really don't want to do it; even if I'm pacing myself. Just like running, the results show in the long run. Don't let your laziness get the best of you. That's truly the only…

I'm eating whatever is around, just making sure I stick to my calories. The nutrition comes after. Once the nutrition comes to mind, try mixing some of that with what your already eating, trimming some of it little by little. Don't be discouraged with baby steps.

Grab a jar with a lid and keep it filled with 2 ounces of cold tap water. Put two eggs inside with lid on. Shake for about 20 seconds. Open and take them out.
-
Start a running program, and stick to your diet. It will take your body awhile for it to adjust (numbers) to the workout and nutrition your feeding yourself, but the results will show.
-
I suggest grabbing a snack with you and a Gatorade, eating throughout your workout. That would get you started.

I was adding support to your "off day" (I suppose it could help sometime down our journey). I definitely have those days where I over eat and I continue on with my goals. It is a drag and you can feel down about yourself and things that surround you. I hope that it doesn't stay too long and your doing well since then!

I pray for many reasons, but, to keep my focus off a vain outlook towards my fitness and nutrition is a clean habit.

As long as the calories allow it, and I can't refuse it. I'll grab a bite and walk and do something around the house, until the craving goes away. No need to make dessert a meal if you don't need to. I picked at a cheesecake and a coffee last night, then through a football in between. It taste & feels good to do stuff in…

I usually binge when I am needing something else in my life. I'm trying hard to have a spiritual life and inviting God into my health and fitness. Anything is possible with our Father in heaven. I'm constantly praying and thinking of the next time I should try and fast to keep him close in my life and goals that I'm…

Don't hold myself away from the things I really want just because I did really good. I'll be having dessert tonight and I won't be stuck in my emotions as long as I used to be.

Tillamook summer sausage.

I'm experiencing headaches from drinking too much water. I hope that you don't get this, it's an awful feeling. I try to stick to 10 tops.

Try and stay near the goal. If you are creating a deficit, make another goal. The calories will get smaller.

When I first started to journal, I noticed that I was grabbing more than I should. Grocery shopping days are the hardest to get through. Just because you can doesn't mean you should grab it, that includes veggies and fruits. Most of the time I was looking to fill my time up for the day. Stay in the fight. Grab small…

Grab a cup of coffee, stay away from soda and chips. If you must grab "sweets" try and go for something that comes packaged in a small wrapper to take the craving away. A small can soda.
-
Spinach salad

Keep going! This is just a cloud, and your going through an eye of a storm towards your road of the perfect house you want for your body. Don't give up. Give up your emotions to God. And watch the storm pass.

No, they're not unhealthy. Keep in mind the amount of snacks your having throughout your day. Make a different choice whenever you can.
-
Tanning is a good way to sweat and look good. Yes, watch your sodium. Keep your meals simple.

30 minutes of cardio is nice, that is your minimum. Hmmm, I would suggest that you would go out and take more walks throughout the day. Whenever you feel that you want to walk away from your diet! I like to think that feeling good counts as well. The numbers come after awhile. Naturally.

Here is a good tip I like to keep in mind, to always make note of the good feelings when on your diet. And make sure to give it plenty of attention so when the bad times come through they won't override the things that made the food journal worth it in the first place. I use my journal #1 and this comes #2nd. Like I said,…

If you start eating the sweets, don't think the game is over for you. It is a continual fight with intake. Stop as soon as the craving goes away and you had the "good feeling" go away. You'll be surprised where you'll be in a couple weeks from where you started. Pretty soon you'll be missing out more than you'd think.…

Try and find alternatives. It is a "life or death situation" and you need to leave the house. Get rid of the sweets when others are done and have them do it. Only buy the amount you need for the night. You shouldn't be eating them any time other than dessert. Soda is a big one. Buy the smallest size just to take the edge…

Walk when you need to leave the house.

Great!
