Hey guys! I have been working out consistently for the past 2 weeks and I've noticed my appetite slowly declining. Now I have almost no appetite and I'm having to force myself to eat! Is this normal???

What's your workout? What's your food plan?

See a doctor for medical related questions.

I enjoy it while it lasts, personally, lol. Unfortunately it doesn't happen as much as I'd like.

I would just not worry about it unless it lasts longer than a couple weeks.

I had the same thing happen to me when I started getting more active. Obviously I am not a professional, but it felt to me like my body was just adjusting to the new lifestyle? Like, not only was I working out but my eating habits were way healthier, so it was a pretty drastic change for my system. I would wait it out a little bit longer, and if it isn't letting up go see a doctor at that point. :)

It depends on what you are eating. If you are low-carbing that is pretty normal.

I am not sure but I would not expect it to continue forever. You will probably go back to normal.
