How to stay on track at events
Im finding it difficult to stay on track when at a family function, party or anything like that. I've tried pre planning and that has helped a couple times- I find when I get in company I just want to eat whatever and ignore physical symptoms of full ness... Any tips or feedback ? Thanks!

Big breakfast sets me up to fail... Help!
I know or at least thought a big breakfast was better than a big supper.... I find that I set myself up to fail when I do that- if I have a light breakfast and planned snacks between meals helps keep me on track better.... Any thoughts or feedback? Thanks!

Getting back on track after vacation
I had two vacations in a row and my morning would usually start off good- logging etc. Then the afternoon and evening I lose it. Im struggling to stay motivated like I was before vacation. Any tips how to get back on the band wagon without being getting frustrated and giving up?

Stress eating....
I tend to stress eat. I have read some articles and try to follow those tips, ( ask myself why am I eating this, then if I'm hungry I eat, if I'm stressed try something else ) but I still find the temptation when I'm stressed. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

What am I doing wrong?
I started my fitness pal about a month ago, the weight was coming off quick but, then it slowed down. I reduced my calories- and have actually gained a pound... Im not sure what to do?
