Is anyone out there a mom who is breastfeeding and trying to lose the baby weight? I've heard exercising and limiting calories could lessen your supply. I'm breastfeeding (not exclusively) and watching what I eat but not too rigidly because I'm worried too little calories will lessen my supply. Any advise? Tips? Also…
