So I've lost 20 lbs of the 27 pounds that I gained during pregnancy. These last 7 lbs are just not coming off. I've started reducing my carbs intake and that has helped but these last 7 lbs are stubborn.
I work out 4-5 days a week doing a combo or high intensity spinning and weight training. My diet is pretty clean and like I said I have eliminated carbs like bread, rice etc from my diet.
Can anyone share some ideas on how to lose these last 7 lbs?!?!?!?!

Stop pushing. Just be more patient and accurate.
You don't have to cut out any foods. But you need to stick to your calorie goal. Weigh and log everything correctly and hit your goal every day. Be accurate.
Expect the last pounds to come off real slow. 1/2 pound per week is a good rate. Be aware that you won't be aboe to see such small loss on the scale on a weekly basis. But you can see a trend over months. Be patient.
You don't have to exercise to lose weight. But you need to have a consistent calorie deficit.4 -
Add one more day of exercise or add a different exercise to the mix like planks daily.0

I don't see anything in your post about the number of calories you are eating (eating clean is not low calorie). Are you tracking what you eat and how many calories and what is your deficit?
It's more about how many calories you are eating than the amount of exercising you are doing.4 -

Congratulations on your baby and your 20 pounds weight loss! You didn't say how young your baby is or if you're breastfeeding. If you're breastfeeding and/or if your baby is very young, you might hold onto just a few pounds for a while. If that's the case, they should come off after the baby is older, and maybe a bit longer if you're breastfeeding. It seems to be a hormonal thing for a lot of women - they hold onto a bit of weight until their hormones get back to normal, which takes longer if you're breastfeeding.0

Thanks! I definitely didn't start my weight loss journey until after I stopped breastfeeding so no worries there.0 -

So you aren't trying to starve out the last few pounds, good. Maybe drop 100 cals per day on average and see if that helps move things. You should try to lose 1/2 lb per week, so a 250 calorie deficit, but that is a fair amount of activity. Drop 100 for a couple of weeks and see what happens would be my suggestion.2
