Breastfeeding and weight loss

Is anyone out there a mom who is breastfeeding and trying to lose the baby weight? I've heard exercising and limiting calories could lessen your supply. I'm breastfeeding (not exclusively) and watching what I eat but not too rigidly because I'm worried too little calories will lessen my supply. Any advise? Tips? Also looking for support on this journey. Add me!

So, if you're not breastfeeding exclusively, I wouldn't limit your calories beyond what is recommended for a breastfeeding mom. I breastfed my last baby exclusively, and worked out mostly every day. 15 months later, she finally weaned and I had plenty of milk the entire time. I feel like exercise is fine, but get those calories and especially, water - into your diet.

And GOOD FOR YOU for working so hard to nourish your baby :)
