I'm looking for an app to track inside activities like treadmill workouts, etc. also any outside activities, walking, etc.
I've just started the journey to be better to myself, getting moving, and making healthy choices. I've logged for 10 days straight and I feel good when I get moving
Anyone out there who's out of shape and tried this program?
If I'm looking to lose weight should I consume protein shakes and bars throughout the day to control overeating( in addition to just beginning to work out and make better meal choices?)
