Fatigue in the gym
I've been feeling fatigued lately at the gym, can't lift as much, I'm doing upper/lower 4 days a week, cardio 6 days a week. Am I just hitting some sort of wall, should I lessen the cardio? Caffeine? Activity level, help!
What activity level should I put down?? I'm at light active, but maybe I should change it to active. It makes a world of a difference for me calorie wise. How often to workout arms??
Sorry this may seem like a dumb question. I do a split workout. Mon-Friday Arms/legs/chest/back/shoulders with Saturday and Sunday off. I've been reading that people generally workout arms 2-3 times a week, what are your experiences with that? And if I should do arms twice what day should I do them? Thanks!
