Is fasted cardio really that much better for you over regular cardio when trying to lose weight? I have free time before bed to exercise which works out great for various reasons. Is it worth the extra effort to move that exercise to an earlier morning? I feel like at the end of the day, a deficit is a deficit.
Hey guys :) can anyone recommend a fat burner they like? Preferably one with <200mg of caffeine per serving. I have no problem stacking with CLA and Carnitine so those two ingredients aren't necessary.
