Benefits of Fasted Cardio?

Is fasted cardio really that much better for you over regular cardio when trying to lose weight?
I have free time before bed to exercise which works out great for various reasons. Is it worth the extra effort to move that exercise to an earlier morning? I feel like at the end of the day, a deficit is a deficit.

Bingo. You have answered your own question. A deficit is a deficit.
Exercise when it is most convenient for you. Don't fuss over small details like fasted cardio.3 -
Do it if you like it ...don't if you don't. There's no specific benefits just what suits your lifestyle1

Right on, thanks. I tried looking through Google first but it's all "do it do it do it" with no significant info.0 -
Keep doing what you're doing if it works well for you!1

There is some thinking within the "bodybuilding" community that fasted cardio combined with yohimbine can be effect for people who are already very lean and are trying to lose the last bit of stubborn fat. However for 99% of the population, the good old calorie deficit is sufficient.
There is more information on www.bodyrecomposition.com should you want to read more about it.0
