Supplement Question
I am trying to get my daily's in and it seems I will need to get the potassium and magnesium supplements (pills)...however there is a ton of different types and I have NO idea which one's I'm suppose to be getting. :( A little help please? What supplements if any do you guys/gals use?

Protein..
It seems protein is my enemy in the LCD...I kept my carbs under 30g but my protein hits around 40-50g more...my fat is however 43g below what it needs to be today. Do you think that this will effect my weight loss?

Moving food around?
Let's say that I ate way too much yesterday and I decided to add some of it to today's food in order to somewhat fix my diary. Has anyone done this? Could it work that way?
