I have a few questions ![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smiley.png)
1. I'm still a bit new and I just recently seen people's profile pics with like a jail cell over them...What does this mean????? :O Should I avoid these people or??
2. If you felt like your current workouts aren't challenging, would you change up midway and start a new one?
Anyway, those are the only 2.
Thanks !

1. No idea, haven't seen these.
2. Definitely! But It doesn't have to be as drastic as starting a new workout...it could be adding weight, speed, endurance work, etc... into your current workout to up the difficulty level. If it's not challenging you, make it harder!1 -
The people with the bars have usually done something that is against the MFP guidelines.
Whatever you do don't ignore them, they are usually the most knowledgable people on the boards. They have probably just been a little strident in getting a point across and upset another poster, or sworn too much.
If you are not benefiting from your work out, or don't like it, change it. You won't get sent to prison for it.
Cheers, h.

The best thing you can do for workouts is to do something that is challenging, gets your progress, and is something you can sustainably do. It's important to push yourself. That's where you get better. If what you're doing is too easy, then ramp up the intensity!0

1. They broke an MFP rule and that's MFP's way of punishing them. They are usually the most knowledgeable people here, though.
2. Yes.2
