Had surgery today that will leave me unable to workout properly for 6 weeks or even more. I've heard that I can take walks at 4 weeks if I'm feeling up to it. Anyway, I've lost about 50 lbs total and want to stay around this weight for now. What would you recommend I do to maintain without exercise while I'm recovering?…
So I've lost over 30 lbs now and want to lose another 10. (Possibly 15.) I want to start working on toning up and building muscle. Anyone with similar goals? :)

I just started this weightloss journey a few weeks ago and I'm really anxious about getting my period because I know I won't be able to do the workout I normally do. How do you all deal with it? Any suggestions? (I know some people can deal with this easier but I've always had a lot of pain. :/ )
