So last week I was at 173 and this week I weighed myself and I was 179?? I logged everything I ate and thought I did fine...any opinions??

Workout routine
Hey everyone! I just want some opinions on my workout routine. I am lifting weights 3 times a week and doing HIIT cardio (30 sec sprint, 45 sec rest) for 15 min-4 times a week. Losing body fat?
Hey guys! I've been struggling recently with losing body fat and keeping my muscle I have and i'm searching for some help. So I have a decent amount of muscle in my lower body and a little in my upper body. I am 20, 5'5.5", 177 lbs and around 31% body fat. I would love some help!! Thanks :)
