Losing body fat?

Hey guys! I've been struggling recently with losing body fat and keeping my muscle I have and i'm searching for some help. So I have a decent amount of muscle in my lower body and a little in my upper body. I am 20, 5'5.5", 177 lbs and around 31% body fat. I would love some help!! Thanks
