Stretch challenge
Hey does anyone want to start a stretch g challenge April 1st? I really want to focus on getting more flexible and I know it will be a lot more fun if we do it as a group! :)

Protein vs. Fat
Hey I'm looking to lose some body fat, but I'm kind of confused about one thing. Should I try to eat mostly protein or should I try to get a lot of healthy fats? I've heard that healthy fats burn fat, but I don't want to mess up and then gain weight as a result. Any help?

I HATE cellulite!!!
Does anyone have any tips on getting rid of cellulite? I am a fit person, and I play soccer so I have a lot of muscle, but I still find that I have cellulite on my inner thighs. Any help??
