I am starting the No Sugar No Grain way of eating and having trouble figuring out what percentage my carbs, protein and fats should be. Any suggestions?
I am a 60 y/o woman who wants to lose 200 lbs. I've put it off long enough. Knees hurt, breathing hurts, chained to a walker, restricted from joining family events. Enough! Working with a PT therapist and exploring the No Sugar, No Grain way of eating. Thanks for your support!
