I am a 60 y/o woman who wants to lose 200 lbs. I've put it off long enough. Knees hurt, breathing hurts, chained to a walker, restricted from joining family events. Enough! Working with a PT therapist and exploring the No Sugar, No Grain way of eating. Thanks for your support!

Good for you to decide to make a positive change! A few recommendations:
Choose a reasonable calorie goal (if you need to lose 200 pounds 1-2 pounds per week is feasible)
Stick to your calorie allotment
Weigh your food with a scale that measures in grams and oz
Log your food correctly (no homemade or generic entries)
Drink water
Have patience
