195 Days of Consistent Logging and Training
Australian size 10 business pants. Same pants in each pic. Black v pink is the most recent comparison. -13.3kgs Wish I took measurements but the pictures give a good indication of progress. Consistency trumps motivation! Just keep going and the results will follow.
