My old pair of jeans!
The thought that these jeans used to be too tight is unreal, you can do anything if you put your mind too it!! :) if i'd have told myself this time last year that in a years time you're going to be 7 stone lighter i'd have told myself to shut up£ it's crazy, and it was hard but it was all worth it, i'm so much happier now…

95 pound weight loss!
i lost 6 stone 12 in just under 9 months, which is completely crazy but anythings possible if you put your mind to it, don't give up!! i went from a size 18/20 to a size 8/10, to say i'm completely confident now would be a lie but i'm working on it :)

so after 8 months, i lost the weight, almost 7 stone gone, but now i've been left with lose skin! could anyone tell me ways i can tone it/get rid of it, thank you !!
