The thought that these jeans used to be too tight is unreal, you can do anything if you put your mind too it!! 
if i'd have told myself this time last year that in a years time you're going to be 7 stone lighter i'd have told myself to shut up£ it's crazy, and it was hard but it was all worth it, i'm so much happier now and i feel so much better, it will take time to finally accept and love myself but i'm sure i will eventually, slimming world works amazingly, i can't thank them enough
