Anyone use DW in the northwest England?

What did you have for lunch today?
I had a cuppa of tea with skimmed milk and honey, a tin of mackerel (drained) and Greek yogurt.

Strength training not counted?
I realised that you don't accumulate any calorie burn if you put in strength training. Surely you burn more compare to cardio especially when you're recovering during sleep.

Weight training with MPF in Northwest England
I'm new to MFP. Found it through a friend who are training too. It is very useful to track your nutritional count. The scanner helps a great deal! Anyone in the northwest of England to share training experience and food ideas? Feel free to add me.
