Upping Calorie Intake?
In the last year I have lost 45lbs. Since the beginning of September I have been so hungry compared to normal. I am uncertain if I should up my calorie intake for a couple of days if this is just a phase or is it possible that my goal is to aggressive since I have lost weight? Travel Advice
I'm heading out travelling for 6 weeks to Central America. I'm doing a combination of backpacking and volunteering. I won't really have access to a scale or internet daily to log. Lately though, I've noticed that I get half way through a meal and I'm overwhelmed by how much food I still have left to eat. My…

Kitchen Scale Necessary?
So I have been logging for a little over a month. I've made a lot of progress but I am wondering if I should get a kitchen scale. Right now I rely on measuring cups to portion out food. Is that adequate or will I have better success with a scale? Thanks!
