Three Good Things Happened Today
1) At this morning's weigh-in I'm pretty sure I weighed less than I did when I graduated high school. 2) An acquaintance at work told me I've "lost too much weight." Anybody in Hereford or Sierra Vista, AZ?
Retired Army sergeant here (big surprise for the area, huh?) trying to drop to 155 or so. I started early this summer at around 200, and have just passed the 170 mark. The site and my scale and the mirror are keeping me motivated; just wondering if there's anybody out there that needs encouragement or just wants to chat.
