The questions are:

- Are they worth it?
- What's been your experience with one?
- Do you have a recommendation regarding brand, model, and functions?

    Yes,

    Love my Garmin and misfit.

    They let me know/keep me accountable for keeping up my activity level.

    Worth it depends what you want to get out of it, how much you value your money, whether you're a numbers person, etc.

    I use a multi-sport GPS watch and get a lot of value from it.
