Retired Army sergeant here (big surprise for the area, huh?) trying to drop to 155 or so. I started early this summer at around 200, and have just passed the 170 mark. The site and my scale and the mirror are keeping me motivated; just wondering if there's anybody out there that needs encouragement or just wants to chat.
