Exercise ball
My wife and I are going to start Hammer and Chisel weight training program soon, and I wanted to know any recommendations for exercise balls for weight training. We don't have the space for multiple benches, and there's a ton of different brands out there. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

Negative calorie adjustment
It seems I have a negative calorie adjustment on Saturday and Sunday no matter what I do. Got up this morning, did a T25 workout, burned 199 calories. And it shows a -283 calorie adjustment! I don't see how this could possibly be correct. Insight? Thanks!

So I'm new to counting calories. My wife and I have been doing T25 for a few months now. My fit bit tells me I burn 3500-4000 calories a day during work weeks, with workouts daily. Today I ate 2300 calories and still had a deficit of 300 calories before going to bed. Should I be eating all those back? Even the ones from…
