Eating before working out
GM should I eat or should I not eat before working out? if so what should I eat or should I ask whats the best thing to eat before working out?

Not consuming enough calories by the end of the day
Just started a week ago with my food journal. by 5pm I am still left with 560 calories to still consumed. I am not sure what I am doing wrong because if I eat something else then I would go over my limit in fat% and protein%, I choose not to eat any thing. any suggestion.
