Saturated Fat Recommendations
I use MFP to track my saturated fat intake. The American Heart Association recommends no more than about 16 grams of fat for a 2000 calorie diet. MFP sets my goal at 29 grams. Does anyone know why MFP sets the limit so much higher?

Beer as a meal.
Sometimes I just drink a beer for lunch. It has about 150 calories or so (I never drink light beer), and the nutritionals aren't terrible. One seems to hold me just fine. Am I the only one?

I keep track of my eating and exercise on MFP to have a general idea how many calories I eat and how much exercise I do but I have to be honest. Over 65 and working your program?
Any seniors out there? I'm 68, my wife is 71, and we work out five days a week. My wife mainly uses her Concept 2 rowing machine; I alternate between a treadmill and an elliptical machine. We both do a few resistance exercises 2 - 3 times a week; she uses dumb bells, I use dumb bells and a cable-style weight machine. We're…
