Hey everyone! Hope y’all are doing well. I’m finally starting to get tired of my eating habits. I’m struggling to keep my 3 square meals a day. I take a medication that sort of stunts my appetite during the day so I like doing that half asleep eating at night, which is horrible. Breakfast is fine because meds kick in late…

Just another person that likes to lose weight and gain it back. I'm at it again. Being lazy is my favorite. Lost 45 pounds the last time. Gained 25 back and I need to get at least 30 off this time. Encouragement is always welcomed.
