Calories at happy place, more exercise??
I'm eating roughly 1400 cals a day. I'm losing .6lb/week since I got my new food scales. I don't want to reduce my daily calories, it's my happy place with occasional treat thrown in. Does anyone have any input as to which program would be best to start with? I'd love to be able to do both but know I physically can't! I've done one week of C25K and 2 days of 30ds level one.
