Exercises for just lower body (broken shoulder)
Good morning, I broke my shoulder last week and would really like to maintain some fitness. Prior to the injury I had just started at the gym and noticed my muscles getting stronger and I was feeling great. Can anyone recommend exercises for me?

Should I maintain or can I lose a few more kilos?
I started a diet about 3 months ago and have lost 5 kgs. My ideal body weight is still a bit less but looking healthy is the most important thing to me. Can you tell me if you think I should maintain now?
