The “babies” will be 8 and 6 in a few weeks but I finally did it! 46lbs down, 54 to go to my final goal!
I put myself in as sedentary and MFP is telling me I need to eat 1250/day to lose 2lbs a week. Is this the point at which I should aim for a lower rate, or try to add in exercise to increase my calories? 1250 seems a bit low. When I started it was 1370 but I've lost 20 lbs and it dropped down.
Is taking a vitamin necessary? I’ve been feeling sluggish the past few weeks and notice I’m not even taking in 50% of mfp recommended iron. Wondering if taking a vitamin could help?

Has anyone done a Daniel fast while losing weight? Any suggestions or tips?
I usually use my iPhone but my new one doesn’t fit in my pockets. So it usually stays on my desk or in my car and logs only 1-200 steps a day despite walking more than that. Any suggestions?
