Hey guys this is simple 3 days military diet 3 days 1500 calories 1 day junk food Den again I also do 30 day challenges takes about 20 minutes in the morning then if I'm able I'll do walking But without any exercise you will lose 10-30 pounds but me I lose 15-18 pounds
Any advice?
I wondering if I lose 6 pounds will it be noticeable?
