Rowing intervals
After thousands of daily 10000 M erg rows I could not take it any more! Finally tried the interval option under the select your workout. Love it, good for another thousand rows! Worth trying it, you long term rowers.

Have developed a disturbing habit of 10000 meters a day on an indoor rowing machine (C2 Concept rower) seven days a week. I use a HR monitor to keep me honest. On a side note, using the My Zone program, very addictive.
