Is anyone still doing the Bible study? And if you're finished, have you found another one to help keep you on track with health?
I've been doing Crossfit for almost a year and am just now getting my nutrition straight. My knees kill me daily but j wouldn't have it any other way. Looking for any others in the same boat as me. I have 65 more pounds to lose. OR....I have some more sizes to lose. Whichever comes first.
So on Saturday my calorie goal was 1590. On Sunday it was 1390 and today, tomorrow and onward it is now 1200 calories a day. There's no way I can eat only 1200 a day every day. Wth happened?
